[OCC Note: Sorry this took so long. x3 It took me forever to think of her History. ]
____________________________________________________
Name: Phaedra Kai
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Tribe: Night Tribe.
Element: Shadows.
Hair Color: Midnight Black
Eye Color: Grey
Picture: i320.photobucket.com/albums/nn329/Shelby133_GIMP/Phaedra.jpg
Personality: Phaedra forces herself to not to act as depressed as many of the Night tribe. Sometimes it backfires,
sometimes she can find it in her to act like there isn't a glimpse of pain in her eyes. She sort of likes to keep to herself, since, number one,
she's not good with idle conversation, and, two, she just feels more comfortable that way.
Likes: Between night and day, almost too easily Phaedra would choose night. It's all she's known for years,
all that seemed to make sense in her life. She would give anything not to be deprived of it; for day to never come.
As well as night, she loved to play the piano. It made her feel free, and gave the opportunity for so many things.
And, lastly, nature is one of her closet friends. Phaedra hopes to visit the ocean at night; it was one of her favorite
places to be before she joined the tribe.
Dislikes: Phaedra wishes she could say so, but she doesn't absolutely loathe the day. Not like many others.
However, she would not give up the night for anything in the world. Also, she dislikes large crowds. She was home schooled most of her life;
her mother was concerned how she reacted to people. And, more than anything, she hates pain. Dramatic events scar
her deeply, never to heal.
History: Phaedra was born to teenage parents, so never really had much. Small house, barely any play room,
and used toys. As an only child, she never really had an opportunity to be close to anyone besides her parents.
They were her world; all she ever needed. Her mother even home schooled her, instead of having to go to the God-awful
prison full of loud kids. At 13, Phaedra felt like her life was starting to come together when a new girl moved in next to her tiny home, and they started becoming good friends.
While staying at her friend's house, her parents decided to us this rare occasion as a time for themselves.
Deciding on where to go, a truck passed a red light, straight into their car. A small funeral was held; not many people showed.
Phaedra was sent to live with her grandmother half-way across the country, forced to leave the only place that would ever be her home.
Her friend called only a couple of times, but Phaedra would soon forget her. She mourned the loss of her parents.
During her depressed stage, shadows started appearing to her. She thought she was insane, and her pain gave into
pure madness. When ever they appeared, she would lose her breath, and frantically try to abandon them. After months of seeing the eerie shadows, she decided that she couldn't cope anymore. With her mind, she commanded them to leave. What startled her
more than the shadows was they listened. She could control them.
Finally, after nearly a year with this peculiar gift, she came across a tribe that possessed the same type of gift as her.
It was a place where she didn't feel outcasted, alone, and scared. It was a place where night was the closest to
her heart, and pain could be forgotten.
