Personality: Nikola is the exact opposite of his brother, Nikolas. He is the perfect gentleman, always kind and helping others. He hates to see others in pain, and always helps the younger kids of the tribe. He is always putting others first and thinks of everyone as his adopted family, as his family died long ago. Ever since that night when he got the news, he has hated the dark.
Likes: Nikola loves the light and day. He loves helping others and seeing them happy. He loves seeing the different people in the tribe come together to help each other.
Dislikes: Nikola hates being depressed and he hates depressed people. He hates seeing people in pain, and he hates the night. He hates everything to do the night and the dark.
History: Nikola’s past is somewhat different than his brother’s. He was 17 when he left the family manor to go make a name for himself, leaving everything about his family behind. He was never really successful and learned to depend on others to help him out. When he was 21 he heard the news of his family’s murder. He was deeply saddened to know that he would never talk to his parents or younger brother again, sad that they were gone. But he knew that he must continue out in life, so he continued his wanderings of the world.
It was a beautiful day when Nikola discovered his powers to control light. Nikola was 22, the world quite normal to him. He was alone in the room he was renting that night, reading a book, when he grew increasingly irritated that there was not enough light for him to read as the shadows were cast over him. As his irritation grew, the light moved! Soon the light was bent towards him, giving him plenty of light to read. He put the book down and started to experiment. As the years passed he learned he could bend the light to his will, shedding light in any place, or taking it away at will.
It was not until he was 23 that he found the tribes. He was wondering out in the woods when he stumbled upon the camp of the Tribe of Day. He was accepted in and shown around. He has lived there ever since, helping the tribe out in times of need, taking care of the younger children as if they were his adopted family.
