Seven Aces flashed to his feet grabbed Zarya's arms and forced her to look him in the eye. "Little girl, you think some loud words and a little courage will get rid of me? Look around you, it's night time! When demons abound and nothing can stop us! Ah ha ha ha!!!" Light flashed, and Seven Aces threw Zarya against a tree. "Remember little girls, death is a tragic thing, and shouldn't have to be witnessed!" Light engulfed the forest, swirling streams, giant walls, and different colors danced around. Though there was light, shadows were abound. Seven Aces stayed motionless in the middle of all the chaos, moving his hands in different patterns, and laughing hysterically. "HA HA HA!!!!!!"

Saphirra quickly took a step back. She knew Raphael was gone. Saphirra still held the vines from earlier. She quickly snapped her wrist and hit Raphael. Her copper eyes flashed with anger. She waited ready.

"Words are powerful things, demon. I would not underestimate them," Zarya said as she stood back up. She weakened the area around where Seven Aces was standing with water, turning it into a sinkhole, with him right in the middle of it. "But then again, sometimes the elements are the best way to convince someone to leave," she said with a smile, water still running from her hands to flow into the sinkhole, keeping it soft and wet.

"Oh? So my little princesses have found there grit?" Seven Aces said with his grin as big as ever. Slowly sinking, Seven Ace's hands started glowing. "Illusions are very interesting, when things aren't going the way you need. You can make them go the way you want." Seven Aces lifted his hands high into the air, all the light that had been dancing on the outside of the area they were in rushed in. Blinding light surrounded Seven Aces, swirling, flashing, creating a giant pillar of light high into the sky. The resulting heat of the light drying the sink hole, making it into a hard mud. Seven Aces slowly freed his feet, and walked from it. His shadow came out, then, from all other directions his shadow exited the pillar also. They walked from the pillar, and stood. "My little maidens, morning will soon be upon us. And, as much as I hate it, I must be going. Perhaps we can have more fun another night. HA HA HA!!!!"

"Come here, child! Get away from that demon, as far away as possible," Zarya said, arms outstreched to protect the younger child. She looked at the man on the ground, not completely trusting him, even with the demon out of him. She did not know how he would react to her, and was hoping he was better, as the young child said he was.

Saphirra didn't listen. She took a step closer to Raphael. "Raphael, is it you?" Saphirra got on her knees next to him. Her Eyes glistened as she waited...

Seven Aces' shadows slowly circled Raphael and Saphirra. The all asked in unison, "Yes, is he alright? Is he!? Ha Ha!!" Raphael slowly lifted his head, raising his hand to Saphirra's cheek. "Remember little Saphirra," Raphael said with a small smile, "Death shouldn't have to be witnessed." Raphael said weakly. Seven Aces smiled wildly, "Looks like this body is all mine now!" Seven Aces screamed as he flew into Raphael. Seven Aces now took control, and grabbed Saphirra by the neck. "I bet your boat in the storm is sounding pretty good right about now!!" Seven Aces screamed as he slowly stood raising Saphirra by the neck, almost off the ground.

"Drop the child!" Zarya yelled as she threw jet after jet of water at the demon. They smashed into him, pelting him with droplets. She threw a large wall of water at him, anything to make him let the child go. She washed water in between her neck and his hands, making it slippery so it wouldn't be harder for him to hold on.

Saphirra screamed. She fought and struggled. She closed her eyes calmed down, and let her element help her. She mad a large oak tree fall on Raphael. She got free of his grip and ran behind Zarya. She panted and held her neck. Fear filled Sapphirra's copper eyes, and her light brown hair was soacked from Zarya's water.

As soon as the tree hit Seven Aces, he exploded into light. After a few moments of silence, Seven Aces' face appeared in the light, "Well, looks like you've won this night my little champions." Seven Aces said in a solemn voice. "But, it certainly won't be last challenge you will face from me, as your prize, you may keep this fool, but don't forget my little pretties, I will always be here with him..., HA HA HA!!" and with that, all the light faded, and the illusions disappeared, and Raphael was left, lying on the ground. The sun crested over the horizon, and morning had arrived.

"Saphirra, I believe your friend is okay now. Come we must get him back to the tribe, this will not have been the best experience for him," Zarya said as she walked over to the place where Raphael was lying on the ground, her water soaking him and the ground.

Saphirra hesitated and followed cautiously behind Zarya. "What happened to him? Why was he acting like that??" Saphirra knew it was because of a demon, but she still didn't know what had happened.

Raphael slowly became conscious as Zarya lifted him. "Hello, little Zarya, I don't remember you coming into the meadow," Raphael said, smiling as he saw the sun rising. "The morning time really is the best time of day," Raphael said, smiling and slowly losing consciousness again, then slumping over he leaned on his children, and let them carry him back into a safe place.

Zarya led the two over to the hospital tent, where the warden, a serious minded lightning elemental, quickly took care of Raphael. Zarya sat by his bed, waiting for him to wake so she could ask for an explanation, and watching young Saphirra.

Saphirra closed her eyes. She didn't know what to think. So she didn't. As she relaxed, many flowers grew in the tent. But as Saphirra remembered everything that had happened, they slowly died. One by one. She opened her copper eyes and saw the dead flowers.
